Project 1: Property Management Software

Project Description
The objective of this project was to create a database and user interface for managing rental properties. This project is developed in ASP with SQL Server as the back-end database. The primary functions include tracking tenants, units, buildings, as well as the accounting side of proproperty management including Account Receivable, and Income Reconciliation. There are over 120 ASP pages, 24 tables and 155 stored procedures. This project took over 500 programming hours.

It was developed using a web based technology because there were 6 properties managed independently that used the application.

Project 2: Intranet Reporting Tool

Project Description
This project involved creating a reporting tool for a corporate intranet (ASP). The reports were based on production data from a SQL Server database. A third-party graphing tool was used on many of the pages. The data used on many of the reports is real-time. This project was broken into several phases and more reports are being created as needed by the client.
